    Building your new Resume requires effective information gathering and collaboration to create the best possible end-product. The intake process consists of an emailed questionnaire and a phone call if desired. The questionnaire is designed to clarify quantifiable and results-based achievements to ensure you stand out from the competition and to provide us with information like your desired job title and industry.

    After completion of the intake process, your first draft is prepared and emailed within 14 calendar days. Typically, it takes 1 to 2 drafts before getting to the final. You have 30 days to request changes and ensure 100% satisfaction. Final documents are prepared in both MS Word and PDF.

    We pledge to deliver on the following timelines:

    • First drafts delivered in 14 calendar days (after all documents have been sent and the questionnaire completed)
    • All draft revisions delivered in 3-5 calendar days

    Rush orders are determined on a case to case basis and is an addition $300 cost. First drafts are normally delivered within 14 calendar days. Adding rush service means first drafts are delivered within 7 calendar days. We also respond to all draft revisions within two business day (normally three business days).

    Keep in mind, these timelines require your participation in completing the client intake process (questionnaire and checklist).
